That responsibility involves more than governance and supervision only. The foundation ensures that financial affairs are managed soundly and that there is excellent accommodation for students and employees. The foundation also takes care of the recruitment of enthusiastic and competent staff and facilitates IT. Additionally the foundation bears responsibility for the overall quality of education and is accountable for this to the Dutch Ministry of Education and the Education Inspectorate. The annual report is used by the foundation  to stimulate the dialogue with its stakeholders.
